Gas Grills and Griddles: Built-In

The Duo Gas Cart can support nearly any gas grill or appliance that fits within out maximum cutout dimensions. Please check with your manufacturer for cutout dimensions (insulating sleeves not required).

Your cart will include any necessary front trim panels for your make/model of grill, to fill in the front opening around your grill controls.

Tabletop Griddles

For tabletop griddles (Halo, Blackstone, Camp Chef, etc) choose one of the Tabletop Griddle Insert options available.

The Halo Elite 4B is not supported in this cart.

Certain griddles or grills may require accessory components, hoses, etc for hookup. Connection is the responsiblity of the owner / installer.

Will my Blackstone Griddle fit in this cart?

The short answer is maybe. Blackstone has made a large number of similar products, all with slightly different designs.

What grills or griddles will work in the cart?

The product options list a large number of grills and griddles that will fit, but you can read our comprehensive guide here.

What if I don't see my grill listed?

Our pre-filled selections will only show grills that fit in the cart or cabinet size; but we may have missed a few.

If yours is not listed, you can choose "Other (Provide Dimensions)" from the end of the built in appliance list, and provide each cutout dimension of your grill. This will also only accept dimensions allowed within the maximum cutout allowances of the product.

What is the lead time?

All cabinetry products have a 2 week lead time to manufacture, before shipping. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. Please see our shipping information here.

Where can I see your products in person?

While we'd love to have places for you to do this, our direct-to-consumer business model is online-only, which allows us to pass savings onto you. We suggest looking at our amazing reviews, through our photo gallery, and to order samples of our finishes to get an idea of our quality!

Do you have a delivery service that will unbox and install?

We appreciate that not everyone may be up for this, but this is not a service we provide or recommend, since we consider ourselves a DIY product, and to keep our price points favorable.

Our freight providers will deliver your Matchless products to curbside / end of driveway only.

Can I put my own granite countertop on?

No. The cart is designed with it's top as a part of the construction. While you can replace a top, in the event it's ever damaged, it cannot be replaced with any third party countertop.

Does the cart come with the grill(s)?

The cart is priced standalone, but we do sell a variety of grills from Evo, Napoleon, FireMagic, AOG, and Primo. Shop here.

How many propane tanks does the Duo Gas Grill Cart hold?

The Duo Gas Grill Cart is designed to house one, standard 20lb LP tank under the right-hand grill cutout. The cart has access internally to run gas lines between the two compartments. The owner is responsible for gas hookups, including any regulator, hose, and splitter for two compatible appliances.

Is the cart watertight or weatherproof?

Our carts are engineered to live outdoors permanently without rusting or degrading, but no outdoor cabinet can be completely 100% watertight.

Here is what you can expect:

  • Built to Resist the Elements: Rain, coastal salt air, and humidity will not damage the cart itself. Our materials withstand rust and corrosion.
  • Seams vs. Seals: To allow for smooth door operation, ventilation, and precision construction, there are small seams where moisture can occasionally enter during heavy storms or direct hose spraying.
  • Complete Weather Protection: For total peace of mind and to protect items stored inside during heavy rain, we recommend using one of our custom-fitted covers.
