Due to the highly customized nature of our product, we accept returns only on unusual conditions, such as a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or damage during shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@matchlesscabinet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items can only be returned with written authorization from Matchless Cabinet.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Grills, Appliances, and Accessories
Grills, including ceramic grills, are not eligible for returns. If your item is damaged or defective, we will take every measure to remediate and replace the faulty or damaged item.
Accessories may be eligible for return if unopened and without damage. Contact us for a return authorization.
Exchanges
In the event a return is required, we will work to make sure you are delivered the correct product in it's place.
Refunds
In the exceptional event that we are not able to satisfy your exchange for a damaged or defective product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds are subject to a 3% restocking / processing fee, including orders cancelled before being fulfilled.
Price Guarantee & Sale Adjustments
We are committed to offering competitive pricing. However, once an order has been successfully placed and fulfilled, we cannot make price adjustments, apply new coupons, or issue partial refunds based on subsequent sales, promotions or updated pricing. All sales prices are effective only from the time of the new promotion's start until its stated end.
