Camino Pizza Cart

Every great pizzeria is built around the hearth. The Camino transforms your portable oven into a permanent centerpiece, giving you the rock-solid foundation your craft deserves.

We designed the Camino for the serious pizzaiolo. Heavy-duty open shelving keeps your peels and dough boxes (not included) within striking distance, while the reinforced lower cabinet conceals firewood or LP tanks with easy rear access for regulator lines.

Elevate your setup with optional accessories: a riser to bring compact ovens to the perfect height, or a matching ingredient station featuring six hotel pans and an ice bath for chilled toppings. Your neighbors will be asking for reservations.

Note: When ordered with optional Pizza Oven Riser, the countertop will be pre-drilled with pilot holes for screwing the riser into place. Riser location pilot holes will be on the left hand side of the cart, as pictured.

Full-extension utensil drawer keeps slicers and thermometers clean and organized, within close reach.
Dual-bin wastebasket drawer (wastebaskets included) keeps your prep area tidy. Includes modular drawer bottom to allow conversion to a regular drawer.
