The Inferno cart is an awesome addition to any outdoor cooking setup. It is incredibly sturdy, durable and built like a tank. Top notch fit and finish and the overall quality is awesome. The soft close hinges are a nice touch. It has plenty of storage space for accessories and even two bags of charcoal. Even with a Primo XL, there’s still plenty of counter space for prep work. Shipping was on time, and the cart arrived well-packaged with zero issues. The flare cart fits perfectly in the grilling area off of my screened room. This thing is really well-built. The drawer and side cabinet are the perfect size for my deflector plates, tools and charcoal. Only suggestion would be to add some hooks for tools.
Fantastic cart. I wish we could purchase extra shelving inside the larger cabinets. You really never know how you are going to organize it until you get it and start using the cart. We are making boxes to handle some of the unique wood types. And purchasing a pre-made wired shelve to be able to get to the back of the cart. Overall love it.
I received my Fusion Cart in Dec ’24. It arrived in great shape, was well packaged, and of course already assembled. It was easy to move into place and put the casters on. The color was spot on with the samples sent and it looks great. I was very impressed with the quality of the cabinet. The slides on the drawer and pull out drawers are very sturdy and work well. It has plenty of space to store all my cooking needs. I have used this cart several times since getting it and many have commented on how well it looks. I would recommend this if you are considering such an option.
We received our cabinet in perfect condition, and was well packaged. The finish was flawless, and love the colors that I picked. The matt blue and Artic vein top were a perfect color combination. I removed it from the crate and assembled the very sturdy casters to the bottom. It is a very well made cabinet. We can’t wait to start grilling with our new Kamado big Joe and the halo elite 2
So glad I ordered the samples. Colors are definitely different from the computer image and in sunlight and shade. It helped me choice the right colors for my project.

The samples are 3X5 plates, they really show the texture and color of each choice. What I thought I wanted on line is not what I wanted once I received the samples!
I have the Fusion cart, with a KJ Big Joe 3 and a 36” Blackstone in it. Overall, it is a well made and really solid cart. The weather sealed cabinets and drawers are great, and they seem like they can hold limitless weight and still operate perfectly. Despite the weight of the loaded cart, it can be moved around the patio with ease. Perhaps one of the most important things about a purchase like this is how the company stands behind their product. We had some issues in shipping, and Jason personally worked with us every step of the way to ensure that they were resolved to our satisfaction. The quality of the unit and that type of customer service will keep me coming back to Matchless for future purchases. Highly recommend.
