The Fusion Grill Cart was a perfect fit for what I was after. I had some great back-and-forth emails with Jason to make sure it would work for me, and the color samples were very helpful. The cart was pretty easy to move around once you get the wheels on it—and I did that in my driveway right after delivery.
The propane tank cutout was more trouble than I expected, but a pry bar with some gaffer tape on it to avoid any scratches worked very well. Getting the Kamado into the counter cutout was an engineering feat for me and the wife, but it worked out in the end without too much trouble.
I love all the storage space, and the hardware on both the drawers and the doors is solid and well-built.
Really great product. Worth the cost considering the quality.

Thanks for the feedback on the LP tank knockout - we are working on making that process of removal easier.
I love the cart except for a few details. The knock out for the propane tank instructions really don’t work very well. Drilling the connection tabs makes it much easier. Second the garbage can drawer was made too small or the drawer slides were not shimmed enough. It jumps out of the track at full extension. The propane knock outs are in the front. The connections are typically in the back and I had to get an extension to the regulator hose. Other than that I love it and I was experienced enough to make the corrections. I expected more for the price and from a 100% American made product.

Thanks for the feedback, and we are glad you are mostly happy. On your garbage can drawer, it should certainly not be jumping off the track, so our customer service team will reach out to you about getting that resolved right away.
Regarding the gas hookups and other feedback, we wanted to provide some clarification. As stated in the product description on the website: 'Certain griddles or grills may require accessory components, hoses, etc for hookup. Connection is the responsiblity of the owner / installer.' In fact, many built-in grills do not even provide a regulator and hose, so they can be bought specifically for the install requirements.
On the propane knockouts, if you refer to Page 4 of your setup guide, the knockouts near the front are specifically for a particular Blackstone model; and for all other appliances, there is room to route lines at the back, between the partition and the back panel.
We appreciate the feedback on the LP tank knockout on the floor. Yes, it is a bit difficult to remove so the drilling is a great suggestion, and we may add that to our guide.
The flare cabinet that we chose for our kamado Joe is beautiful. We'll see how it holds up to the weather and Sun here with full Northern Georgia sunshine on our deck. We're hoping that the cabinet will be water resistant if not waterproof to keep our charcoal dry. The blend of color we chose is gorgeous. Only two flaws that I see. One the metal or the KJ sits tends to rock/pop a bit. And the 29 in deep Dimension is off by the matchless name tag fixed to the front. This only makes a difference if your doorway is 29 in and the cabinet says it's 29 in but then a little sandpaper and paint on the door frame and it'll be good as new.
The customer service and attention to detail as well as the ability to actually get the metal color samples ahead of time was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this company if you're looking for a quality long-term cabinet stand for your kamado Joe. All questions were answered by the chats and emails. This definitely beats the couple hundred dollar Home Depot or online China stuff.

Loving my new Inefrno Grill Cart for Primo XL!
Have been looking at various outdoor kitchen options. The Matchless Cabinets came out on top.
My wife loved the color options, we ended up with Sandstone sides and Capachino for our top.
I will be designing outdoor kitchen islands using the Matchless cabinets in the future, now that I have seen the quality!
Clean lines worked perfectly for our patio. We have 4 ft of stacked stone on all walls. Stamped patio. White Stucco walls and brownish gutters and trims. With all the different textures and colors, we wanted to stay with clean lines and colors that matched. The Matchless Cabinet blended in beautifully with the stucco!
We are so pleased with our new outdoor cabinet for our Egg and griddle. It was relatively easy to put together. Lots of storage space. High quality materials and high end appearance. Egg and griddle to be delivered and installed next week. Can’t wait!
The color samples provided are excellent. The samples are the actual finish of the carts and provide a true representation of the available colors. Definitely worthwhile getting the samples before making a final decision on your color scheme.

Im not sure what I’m more impressed by the quality of the cabinets or the level of customer service. The planning team helped me many times after hours and weekends prior to ordering. The cabinets are amazing and the installation is very easy. They are much lighter than the weight listed as I think the pallets weigh more than the cabinets. I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase. Thanks so much to the entire Matchless team.
Beautiful colors. The actual metal samples are very helpful as opposed to just seeing a color printed on paper or on a computer screen. I am busy planning my new outdoor kitchen using Matchless cabinets.
Assembled many grills in my lifetime and this was the worst
Despite 3k plus price tag it did not come with a propane regulator
I had to go to Lowe’s and buy regulator and special coupler to fit regulator and napoleon provided gas connection
Grill still does not work as it won’t ignite
Will be placing warranty claim Monday 8/25/25 when they open up as there is no weekend support by napoleon or matchless
Curious as to how customer service reacts
Hopefully I did not waste 10k on the cabinets and grill

Napoleon does not ship their built-in products with a regulator and hose; as is the case with almost all built-in grill manufacturers, and this is the function of the customer to provide, specific to their gas hookup and regulations. Napoleon always recommends that fuel sources be installed by a licensed plumber.
We helped Robert troubleshoot this and determined that:
a) His hookup was too restrictive and did not follow manufacturer guidelines
b) He had a faulty tank

Impeccable quality--there was one minor hardware issue and it was handled immediately by the Matchless team. Recommend getting the color samples, we ended up with a different colorway than we initially planned on and are very happy. 10/10 would recommend.

Before, I kept my Kamado Joe Classic 3 on its original stand, with accessories like the Joetisserie, DoJoe, and more scattered across my back porch—on top of the hot tub, on the patio floor, anywhere I could find space while cooking. Not anymore! Thanks to my phenomenal Matchless Inferno grill cabinet, everything now has a proper home.
The Kamado Joe Classic 3 fits perfectly, with precision engineering and design. The latch sits about ½” above the top (a perfect fit!), and the drawers are heavy-duty, smooth, and built to handle the weight of all my accessories without bowing or bending—even when fully extended.
The unit arrived exactly as promised. All I had to do was attach the leg kit and place it on the beautiful 8’ x 3’ x 4.5” concrete pad I had poured. The cooking height is also much more ergonomic compared to the standard stand, making the grilling experience at least ten times more enjoyable.
To move it safely, I hired a moving company to transfer the grill from the street to the backyard. Matchless’s engineering team gave me excellent advice on a strap design to ensure the Kamado Joe could be lifted and set into the cabinet flawlessly. The movers charged $250—a small price to pay for peace of mind and the perfect setup of my custom-engineered BBQ station.

My husband and I have wanted an outdoor griddle for over a year. Our sticking point was that my husband wanted a mobile unit similar to the 10+ year old grill setup we were replacing while I wanted a more built in look.
