I found Matchless on social media and have been intrigued by their products for some time. As we started to focus on cleaning up our outdoor cooking area, we knew that we wanted a mobile solution. I contacted Matchless several times with questions and would receive answers quickly, most within a couple of hours which was very helpful. We ended up with a Fusion cart that houses my Big Green Egg Minimax and decided to remove the legs from an existing pellet grill that fits the cart like a glove. Not only did this clean up our patio but put everything in one simple, clean mobile setup that functions as good as it looks. We are looking to add a second mobile configuration whether custom or with an existing cart and I can't wait to complete our patio with Matchless products. Customer Service, Design, Quality and Delivery were all second to none, I cannot recommend Matchless enough!!

Cabinets were very well protected and arrived in perfect shape. Communication about delivery time was excellent as well.
The toe kicks fit perfectly and really make the cabinets look even BETTER. Customer service was outstanding also.
I highly recommend ordering the samples before you purchase cabinetry. It helps a lot to touch, feel and see the material and colors.
Hey there. Love this cart! We ended up with a Fusion cart in Sage with a Chestnut top. Works beautifully with our house, patio and backyard. Really appreciate having the extra counterspace. Matchless Cabinet was always ready to answer my questions. Quickly, too. The gas grill literally drops right into the space. Perfect fit. Was worried about grill arrival ("to driveway only"), but a $20 did wonders. Getting the wheels and shelf on was easy, as was moving it to the backyard. Impressive build quality. The only thing that would make us happier is getting another one for our charcoal set-up. Future buyers: Consider a portable power station for grills that need power. (But make sure your grill can at least start without one). A cover is also very handy.
The samples were very helpful to not only see the colors but also get a sense of the materials. It definitely helped with selecting the colors for the space!
It started with the company that performed the transportation from Matchless cabinet. The delivery date/time was not effectively communicated and the delivery finally occurred 2 hours past a 4-hour window that was communicated the day of. The individual performing the delivery did a great job and was very professional. Fusion Cart arrived as ordered and very happy with the quality of the actual cart. Only issue was when I began installing the HALO 3B flattop grill. The perforated holes for the propane gas hose was on the opposite side of the insert, which seems like a mistake as the type/model of grill was communicated. All able to be overcome but will now drive me to procure a longer gas hose (6 ft) due this additional length under the Halo grill to cover this additional length.

We are sorry to hear that your delivery was delayed a couple of hours. Freight delivery can sometimes be held up depending on deliveries ahead of you taking more time than expected, which can happen sometimes with unloading large pallets.
As far as the insert and the LP line: that is something we call out on the product page, our FAQs, other documentation, and checkout attestations.
The LP line that comes with your unit may not be long enough to safely route as needed into a built-in installation, and that connection is always the owner's responsibility as the cart / insert are universal. The line should always be routed in a manner that does not run under the griddle, so this requires running off the line to the side, and straight back into the corner (where the knockout resides) and then into the cabinet below. Given that the Halo comes with an approximate 3ft long regulator hose, this does require one slightly longer to work for a built-in installation.

See in the photos standard with two slide out drawers and one open cabinet. The other custom cabinet was 96 inch’s and the Matchless is 98 with the flip up shelf.
Derrick is awesome to work with and helps walk you thru the process and get what you need.
Bottom line the other cabinet was a little over 10,000 and the Matchless was just under 3,000.

We love our new XL Big Green Egg Cart. Fantastic build quality and I am amazed how well the cart is made. I am glad they had the option to have a full countertop without the built in grill/griddle. I love all the countertop space. Helps out when we make pizzas.
Bought a 12 foot run of cabinets for an outdoor kitchen we just built. The Matchless team bent over backwards to help me plan it. Answered numerous questions, worked with a limited space, and provided suggestions that totally helped the project. Ordered the cabinets and unfortunately one got damaged in transit. I took some pictures, emailed them in, and had a new order number for the replacement before the end of the day. Installed the cabinets, now just waiting on the countertops. The cabinets are great, hardware is excellent and the instructions for installation clear and easy to follow. IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE this is where you want to buy your cabinets. Could not be happier with the process.
Love the Ignite grill cart for my covered pool patio. I did not want an outdoor kitchen and wanted more than the grill cart that you can get for the Twin Eagle 36” grill. The Ignite is PERFECT and I can move it around my patio to one of two quick connect gas outlets. The casters on this unit are extra heavy duty and awesome for moving around. The unit arrived well packed on a pallet with another pallet strapped over the top in excellent condition. Highly recommend!!
I purchased the patio line grill cabinet and 2 side cabinets. Jason and his staff were very helpful in working on the design and technical specification info that I required for the install. The large free color samples were super helpful in deciding on color finish. The grill cabinet dimensions and cutout were perfect and I couldn't be happier with the overall quality, fit, and finish! The cabinets are superior to any other similar offerings at a great price. I opted for the shaker doors and my own custom granite counter top which gives the cabinetry a high end clean look! Production was quick at about two weeks. The shipping experience, while expensive, was flawless with absolutely no damage and very professional delivery. The cabinets do require some assembly to screw them together and make sure the feet are adjusted and level - This was very easy with the high quality stainless self drilling screws and supplied hex bit. The installation directions were well thought out and clear. Overall, the experience and quality of what I received was exceptional in that price range.

The legs are well-made, just like the cart. The only reason I give them two stars is because of the wheels that also came with the cart. I wish the company would give you the option to choose legs or wheels and not require you pay extra for the legs
This cabinet is beautiful and well built with fine attention to details. Do be aware The trash cans in the slider will not hold a lot of weight as the clips that hold them in place are plastic and built into the can. With that said if you want to store your charcoal in the plastic trash cans, you will need to modify. I still give this product a five star review as it is well-made and this company has been great to work with.
I couldn’t be happier with my Matchless cabinets. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and everything turned out great. They look fantastic and really brought the whole outdoor space together.
Highly recommend Matchless! Mark on their sales team was great to work with. I was able to incorporate my kamado ceramic egg grill and my existing Blaze Grill into the design. He was helpful in not only what we need now, but planning for future countertop appliances (Table top Blackstone Grill and Pizza Oven. We have all the space we need for this to work for years to come!
We had one small hiccup from shipping and their Ops Team jumped right in and replaced a door (freight damage). Will be sending the Matchless Team photos once I have the fridge installed.
