FAQs

Find answers to your questions about our aluminum cabinetry products and services below.

What setup is required for the Evo Cart?

The Evo Cart ships mostly assembled. Simply bolt on the casters, install your Evo Grill, and add a propane bottle to the drawer underneath, and you're ready to roll!

Your Evo Grill comes from the factory with "L" brackets on the bottom for installation into a traditionally built outdoor kitchen. Remove these brackets and place directly into the cart, following all other install guidance from Evo.

What does the Evo Cart weigh?

The Evo Cart weighs approximately 180lbs, with a shipping weight of approximately 250lbs.

Does the cart come with the grill(s)?

The cart is priced standalone, but we do sell a variety of grills from Evo, Napoleon, FireMagic, AOG, and Primo. Shop here.

Do you have a delivery service that will unbox and install?

We appreciate that not everyone may be up for this, but this is not a service we provide or recommend, since we consider ourselves a DIY product, and to keep our price points favorable.

Our freight providers will deliver your Matchless products to curbside / end of driveway only.

Can I put my own granite countertop on?

No. The cart is designed with it's top as a part of the construction. While you can replace a top, in the event it's ever damaged, it cannot be replaced with any third party countertop.

What is the lead time?

All cabinetry products have a 2 week lead time to manufacture, before shipping. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. Please see our shipping information here.

Where can I see your products in person?

While we'd love to have places for you to do this, our direct-to-consumer business model is online-only, which allows us to pass savings onto you. We suggest looking at our amazing reviews, through our photo gallery, and to order samples of our finishes to get an idea of our quality!

Is the cart watertight or weatherproof?

Our carts are engineered to live outdoors permanently without rusting or degrading, but no outdoor cabinet can be completely 100% watertight.

Here is what you can expect:

Built to Resist the Elements: Rain, coastal salt air, and humidity will not damage the cart itself. Our materials withstand rust and corrosion.
Seams vs. Seals: To allow for smooth door operation, ventilation, and precision construction, there are small seams where moisture can occasionally enter during heavy storms or direct hose spraying.
Complete Weather Protection: For total peace of mind and to protect items stored inside during heavy rain, we recommend using one of our custom-fitted covers.

EVO AF 25 Cabinet cart

Well made cart. EVO fits perfect. Because it has very large rubber wheels it moves easily and locks well in place.

Amazing product and customer service

This stunning cabinet is well designed with every detail in mind. From double trash cans, paper towel holder, lid holder and ample storage for all your tools. The casters are extremely sturdy making this cart effortless to move around. It is constructed with high quality materials and is built to last. In addition, Jason from Matchless Cabinets was very responsive and addressed all my needs and concerns . I would highly recommend this company and product .

Absolutely Beautiful Evo Grill Cart!

First of all, let me say that if this is your first Evo Grill, this cart is a "MUST HAVE"! As for me, this happens to be my second Evo Grill and wished I'd started here first!

This cart is absolutely beautiful, durable, and versatile. With the stainless steel countertop, powder coated aluminum and nickel finish pulls, this cart is everything and then some. I was blown away by the ample cabinet space with the included paper towel holder mounted on the inside of the door. As an Evo owner, paper towel has become my best friend when maintaining the grill. The full travel of the center tank drawer makes changing out the LP tank a breeze. The right hand drawer is great for storing all the tools you could possible need when cooking a feast! The lower drawer houses 2, yes 2, trash cans; something I was always looking for when in the middle of cooking. And the added bonus, lid hooks mounted to the side of the cart! 75% of the time, you don't need the lid of the grill when cooking and I always struggled to find a place to set my lid. Not anymore!!

The Evo Grill Cart is well constructed and solid. Rolls easily on heavy duty locking casters. The external frame is fully welded aluminum channel. Door and drawer faces are a solid two-piece design. The soft close hinges are a nice touch as well. The cutout in the stainless countertop is the perfect size and fit around the drip pan like a glove. The included mounting brackets, already at the correct height, make the grill a snap to install. After unboxing the grill and doing a little bit of prep work, I simply slide the grill into the cart and bolted it down with the hardware already included, finished attaching the cook surface, dropped in a LP tank and I was ready to start cooking!

If you're looking for the right cart for your Evo Grill, don't look any further! If I could rate this cart as 10 star, I definitely would! Check out my photos before I rolled the completed unit, grill and cart, out to the back patio.
