Matchless Cabinet sends all cabinetry orders, and some grill / accessory orders via Less Than Load (LTL) Freight.
The following are NOT covered by standard shipping and will result in extra charges if authorized by you at the time of delivery:
Our standard estimated delivery windows are shown below (or by exceptional notice at the top of this page). You must be available to receive your shipment on or around these dates.
If items are held or returned due to delivery issues, all accrued charges must be paid in full before we can release the shipment back to you.
If our freight provider cannot deliver to your location due to unforeseen circumstances (narrow roads, low clearance, etc.), you are responsible for receiving your freight at the local terminal. If you are aware of physical limitations at your delivery address, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Various products from Matchless Cabinet may ship from different warehouses at different times. Please consider these estimated delivery times in your ordering plans.
Unless there is an exception (you will be contacted by Matchless Cabinet if so), all cabinetry orders begin production the next business day and have a 2 week manufacturing time before shipping.

Once your order is palletized and scheduled, you will receive two important communications:
Crucial: You must inspect your delivery for visible or concealed damages immediately upon arrival.
Visible Damage: Inspect the palletized goods for visible damage - crushed boxes, missing cardboard, shrink wrap or strapping not present. If excessive damage is visible, you may refuse the shipment. If you are unsure, contact us immediately at 913-214-1518.
Required Documentation: There are two separate documents you need to address during delivery:
1. Carrier Proof of Delivery (The Driver's Paperwork): Most drivers will ask you to sign their Proof of Delivery. By signing, you are often agreeing to the statement: "Freight received in good condition unless otherwise noted."
Sometimes, drivers automatically check these boxes. It is your right to document your perception of the condition of the delivery.
2. Client Side Proof of Delivery (RedHawk Logistics Form, if applicable): You will receive a PDF form specifically for your records. Please fill this out completely to note the condition of the delivery. Scan the QR code on the form (or on the side of the boxes) to upload:
If you cannot open every box while the driver is there, you must inspect the full order WITHIN 48 HOURS.
