I love the Duo Grill cart.

Cabinet came on time, great quality. Fits our space beautifully for both my Kamado Joe Jr and Kamado Joe Big Joe III.

I don’t write many reviews but in this case I will make an exception. I needed a grill for both my Green Egg large and minimax. I have been looking for a while and came upon the Matchless website. My new DUO grill was delivered in spectacular packaging (8 foot pallet top and bottom). There wasn’t a scratch or mark on it. It came pretty much fully assembled except for the side shelf which was easily installed if you can use a drill and follow directions. This is a heavy duty grill cart not the stuff you see at the warehouse places. It’s heavy and has a lot of counter top space. Love the little side features like the can opener and the trash can convertible to a solid shelf (which is what I am going to do for the extra storage). Customer service was fantastic. I contacted them on a weekend (Saturday night) and they replied. Sent me samples. The whole process was simple, easy and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again, which I might just do if I end up getting more eggs and the Blackstone. Great company and product. Thanks!!

I recently bought the Duo Table for my Big Green Egg Mini-Max and Large. The entire process was very straight forward for the most part, however I did have a couple of questions prior to purchase. This was a Christmas present to myself and unfortunately it was the holiday season so I was afraid that my questions would go unanswered until after the holidays. That turned out not to be the case, as the online chat crew very quickly responded to my chat request, was able to look at a screenshot I took and help me narrow down my choices. The cabinet arrived via a shipping company extremely well protected but very easy to de-crate and unwrap. It came fully assembled with the exception of the 4 wheels, which took me about 10min and a socket set to install. The quality of the build is exceptional. Extremely heavy duty materials and a quality finish. Super smooth glide action on all the pull out drawers and cabinet latches that are far in excess of industry standards. Once my Eggs were safely nestled into their new home, I began exploring the cabinets. There is not one square inch of unusable space in the cabinets. I am actually wondering if NASA engineers were responsible for its design. One of my wife’s major complaint about my previous set-up was that all of my accessories were visible…..I didn’t worry about that as much, but they also collected dirt and ash, which is less than ideal. In this cabinet, there is a place for everything so now all of my accessories have a home that is protected from the elements, and gives the overall look a very clean, sleek, and elegant look. I was so excited that I posted pictures of my new set-up on a BGE page on Facebook. One of the comments was actually from the owner of Matchless himself. He took the time on a Saturday evening to introduce himself and comment on my set-up. In this day and age that simply does not happen anymore. What that tells me is that this company is owned and operated by real people…..It’s not just some factory turning out a less than average product. Are you going to pay a little more for this cabinet? Absolutely, but you will get a superior product and at the end of the day you will also help all of the associates at Matchless put groceries on the table……I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars.

I am so happy I purchased the Duo Grill Cart for my Kamado Joes. The quality far exceeded my expectations. The customer service is better than any customer service I have ever received in my life. I highly recommend this company!
