We designed the Camino (Italian for "Hearth" or "Fireplace") to give your oven a permanent, heavy-duty home.
Built from our signature powder-coated aluminum, it provides a rock-solid base that won't buckle under heat or weight. We engineered specialized open shelving to keep cumbersome pizza peels and dough boxes within striking distance, while the enclosed cabinet below keeps your fuel—wood or LP tank—hidden and secure.

The Alto Riser: Stop the "pizza squat." This heavy-duty riser lifts your compact oven by 3 or 5 inches, bringing the hearth to eye level for ergonomic launching and monitoring.

The Fresco Prep Station: Great pizza demands fresh ingredients. The Fresco drops right into the cart, providing a professional, ice-cooled station for your mozzarella, sauce, and basil. It brings true kitchen mise en place outdoors.

While the Centro’s primary job is prep space, we know versatility is key. The enclosed cabinet is engineered with a dedicated LP tank mount and specialized rear-access routing.
This means the Centro is always ready to transform from a serving sideboard into a power station for portable griddles, hot plates, or small pizza ovens. It’s the workspace you need most of the time, and the appliance base you need the rest of the time.
Pair it with a Fresco Prep Station for condiments and toppings, or for laid back afternoon cocktail garnishes.
