Love the cabinet! It is well constructed and the doors are nice and deep. Holds everything so far. The cabinet closure mechanisms are very nice too.
A nice looking cart. A few places that could use improvement. Grill support plates flopping around loose upon arrival, countertop was skewed and would not set down flat with the weight of the grill. I was told it would, but nope. If you are planning to use propane, good luck knocking out the circle after the cart is put together. I would recommend knocking it out from the bottom with the cart laying on its side. if you try to knock it out from the top side it will wedge into the shelf underneath as it was designed slightly smaller than the circle diameter, not fun. lastly, good luck inserting the Ceramic grill. the countertop is not intended to be removed easily, so you have to drop the grill in from above. this is not trivial. I hoisted my grill up in the air with a lift in my garage and then rolled the cabinet under and slowly lowered the grill down into the hole. Most people don't have this capability or the know how to support the ceramic safely.

We appreciate you mentioning how great your cart looks. We also wanted to clarify a couple of points for you and other customers.
Regarding the support plates, you're right, they're designed to have the countertop rest on them, and the grill's weight typically ensures the top rests there. It seems unfortunate that the shipping damage to your countertop prevented this intended function. We definitely would have replaced the top if we'd known about the damage before the modifications were made. It's actually a testament to the countertop's strength that it remained rigid despite the grill's weight! We even considered omitting the internal supports, but opted for extra durability – better to overbuild, right?
You're also spot on that installing a large grill like the Kamado Joe Big Joe requires some effort. Our design here is intentional for overall appearance and strength of the cart, and is a one-time setup step. We don't hide the fact that this is the method of installation, and in fact, we have our cutout trim to the grill (for a better appearance) and putting the top down over a grill already inserted would not work, as the cutout is narrower than the grill's widest point.
